We were proud to present this poster on a previously unknown impurity in commercial #mRNA cap analogs at #TIDESUSA. The impurity co-elutes with the main cap product, shouldn’t be recognized by eIF4E, may contribute to the formation of mRNA-lipid adducts, and could have downstream negative implications on expression and toxicology.
Our advanced analytics now detect for this specific impurity, and our team have identified the conditions that induce the formation of the impurity and are continuously innovating and improving our process to control this key attribute of our cap analog.
Great job Isaac, Cassandra, Bruce, James, Jeremy, Chaitali, Manoj, and Raja!
And, very well presented Jared…video to come soon, stay tuned!
