Northern RNA Announces Appointment of Dr. Jared Davis as Chief Executive Officer

Calgary, Alberta – 12 June 2026 — Northern RNA is pleased to announce the appointment of Dr. Jared Davis as Chief Executive Officer, succeeding Brad Stevens. Dr. Davis currently serves as President and Chief Technology Officer and will formally assume the role effective immediately.

Dr. Davis brings more than 15 years of experience in drug development and manufacturing, including leadership roles at Alexion, Arcturus Therapeutics, and Providence Therapeutics. He has been involved with Northern RNA for over five years, initially serving as an advisor and member of the Board of Directors before joining the company’s executive team three years ago as President and Chief Technology Officer.

This transition follows a planned succession process over several months, during which Dr. Davis has assumed responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the company, while Mr. Stevens has focused on long-term strategy and capital markets. Mr. Stevens will continue to support Northern RNA as a member of the Board of Directors.
